State-by-State Guide To Donating Your Vehicle
We have provided a detailed guide to car donations according the rules and laws set out by the various state governments in the US.

You are able to donate your vehicle to any qualifying charity, educational or religious organizations anywhere in the United States. It does not matter where your vehicle is registered.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the change of vehicle ownership and your consequent release of liability is conducted through an office of the DMV in the state that it is officially registered.
